⚠️ Important Information About Product Use
These socks are designed for use during Reformer Pilates workouts and are intended for contact with exercise equipment surfaces. The plastisol grip is not suitable for walking or intensive use on hard flooring (e.g., parquet, tiles, laminate) and should not be considered a fully slip-preventive solution.
Use outside the intended purpose may result in faster wear of the grip. Such wear is considered natural and does not qualify as a product defect; therefore, it is not a valid reason for claims, exchanges, or returns.
Purchasing
All orders are processed through our secure checkout. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. Please ensure all information (shipping address, size, quantity) is correct before completing your purchase, as orders cannot always be modified after processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, socks are considered intimate apparel and must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed,
Items must be in original packaging,
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
If these conditions are met, we’re happy to offer:
An exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability), or
A refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Socks that have been worn, washed, or tried on,
Items without original packaging,
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty),
Gift cards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be reduced by the payment processing fee. This fee is non-refundable and is charged by third-party payment providers. You’ll be notified once your refund has been issued.
