All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouses in Lithuania and Germany, allowing us to deliver quickly and reliably across Europe and worldwide.

Order Processing
All orders are processed through our secure checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please ensure your shipping address and order information are correct before completing your purchase, as orders cannot always be modified after processing.
During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. If you prefer a refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
